RECIPES - Hoisin turkey mince with all the veg

Ingredients

Spray Oil (I used Rapeseed, less than 2 cals per spray)

1 onion diced

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp dried chilli flakes (or to taste)

500g 2% Fat Turkey Mince

150g Broccoli chopped small

270g Green Beans

100g Sweetcorn

11g Oyster sauce

75ml Hoisin sauce

1 tbsp Soy sauce


Method:

Heat the oil, fry off the onion, garlic and dried chillis. If it starts to stick, burn just add a splash of water to the pan.

When the onions are softened add the mince and fry off.

Now add the broccoli, green beans, sweetcorn and all the sauces. Continue to stir fry it all together until cooked.
