I'm a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach and I'm absolutely passionate about helping women to realise their potential (and get them lifting).

How I started...
My journey with training started aged 37, after I'd had two children and it has been LIFE CHANGING. When I started I felt unfit, unhappy, lacking in confidence and a bit lost (if you've had kids I think you'll know what I mean). I needed to do something that was just for me. I'd been a gym member in the past but I'd never really stuck to exercise because I didn't know how to get the results I wanted. This time I decided to get help. I invested in a personal trainer, began lifting weights, sorted out my nutrition and I have never looked back.

I get it! I know how it feels to try and find time for you with the demands of work and family. I've been there - not sure where to start but knowing you want to make a change.

I'm here to help you to achieve your goals. My approach is personal and realistic - that's not to say you won't work hard. I understand that change is not easy. Most of all I know the VALUE you will get from investing in the right personal trainer and committing to the process for YOU.
